A full refund will be provided up until one week prior to the start of the program

(as often one withdrawal risks the entire program being cancelled)

A 50% refund during the first 1/4 of any program

NO REFUNDS will be offered after 1/4 of the program has passed

VTT’s duties and obligations regarding After-school programs, Bayit, EC After-care, School Trips & Pro-D day camps shall be suspended immediately and without notice during all periods that VTT is closed due to force majeure events. These events include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions (such as heavy snowfall, ice storms, or other hazardous weather events), fire, acts of God, war, governmental actions, acts of terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond VTT’s control.

If such an event occurs, VTT’s duties and obligations regarding After-school programs, Bayit, EC After-care, School Trips & Pro-D day camps will be postponed until such time as VTT, in its sole discretion, determines that it may safely re-open. In the event that VTT is unable to re-open due to a force majeure event, VTT is under no obligation to refund any portion of the Program Fees and Other Levies paid, and the Parent/Guardian remains responsible for all Program Fees and Other Levies.

VTT will make every effort to notify families as soon as possible regarding closures, delays, or program modifications due to inclement weather. By enrolling in our programs, families acknowledge and accept this policy.
